I don't consider them winning. I would have to consider the wii in the same league in order to find it a threat. So I am not made because it isn't even a competitor in the next gen war to me. It is a late arriving last gen system. I consider the PS3 as winning, with the 360 in second place. wii who?
1 - because taking a shortcut to win the race isn't really winning.
0. It doesn't affect my life. I still have great games on my PS3/360 and PC that I play and don't get on Wii. Wii still offers me a great content of reliable first party games and some unique third party entries as well.
1I actually find it pretty neat how they were able to go into a totally different direction and succeed, but I do hate Reggie and his cockyness thats why I had to put at least a 1.
I'm not pissed but I do think it was a little dirty launching at such a low price and getting away with slightly improved graphics and waggle. That's business though and I don't lose sleep over sales because at the end of the day I can still play Crysis, The Witcher, DMC4, Uncharted, and Sins of a Solar Empire while sole Wii owners can't.

Considering the Wii's only competition is the DS, I could see why one thinks so. One Wii sold is one less likely customer buying another system or supporting another system for some time.Nintendo's console is in the race as much as the other systems are, whether you like it or not. Sony and MS WISH they had the success of Wii right now with their consoles. Things like outselling their system since launch, having largest pentration in the market of current gen consoles and no doubt the truckloads of money coming their way that Nintendo has with Wii.Alas, your just narrow minded and can only fool yourself into thinking otherwise in order to somehow prevent damage to your pysche or pride in some way... at least I assume that's what you're doing since it sounds like you take it seriously.
