I am still extremely excited for the prospect of this game, but I am, however, starting to have my doubts. Sony seems to have reverted to pushing KZ2 into the background somewhat, while pushing Resistance 2 more....which I firmly believe will be one of the best shooters of 08' based on what we know thus far.

Of course, this is all just speculation on my part. I hope I am wrong and the game indeed lives up to what it is supposed to deliver, as the footage from E3 last year looked fantastic. All I know is that all we have gotten on KZ2 since E3 last year is a tech demo and a few screens. You would think that they could have came up with at the very least a 20 second gameplay/progress report trailer or something in order to keep the hype levels up.Call me crazy, but in my opinion, this is not a very effective means for keeping the interest levels high for what is supposed to be such a groundbreaking game. There is probably a major magazine cover coming up ....... embargoed information along with that ...... they can show something new at Sony's Gamers Day , then release the beta ...... then show something again at E3. They have plenty of time.

It is just the lack of updates amongst all of the other killer releases that are slated for this year kind of makes the game seem as if it is slipping back into obscurity if you ask me. Hopefully we will get some new info soon though.
