Just a review idea I want opinions on.

Don't you think it would be a good idea to have 2 reviews? An initial review (what we have now) and another review like 6 months later, just to see if the game stood up to their rating, and it would be better that hype for games dies down,patches etc.Now that updates and patches are a huge part of games, its not fair to review them how they were initially, because in some cases the games are like completely different after updates.And I cant help but feel that hype and other factors go into a game review....like i seems the overall opinion on Halo 3 is that it was overrated, from hardcore fans to people that barely played the previous games.....if it was reviewed again now, it would prob be different.Maybe a dumb idea but I just want opinions from other people.....if they did what I just said I just think it would be a lot better....there are tons of games that are rated really good, but just dont seem it and get boring after a while...the ratings for the most part would go way up or down....2 reviews would separate the truly really good games from the others.Dumb idea? Oh and by the way I know its impossible for this site at this point considering it seems hard enough for them to put out one review....Just a review idea I want opinions on.
Naaah, console games would score too little.. Everyone would think GS was biased towards... Just a review idea I want opinions on.
