GT Prologue Pre-orders Reach One Million Posted on March 15th, 2008 by Brianemone While crashing and doing donuts mid circuit the other day in GT Prologue I had a chat with SCEE NZ's Marketing Manager Dave Hine and Paul Gunn (PR Extraordinaire) about the sales figures for GT Prologue and whether they thought the online would outsell the hard copy on Blu Disc. They expressed their surprise at the popularity of War Hawk as down-loadable software and said that they anticipated GT to receive an even warmer welcome when it comes out later this month. Also mentioned in the conversation was that the pre-order figures for the SCEE regions show orders already at one million. Making the PS3's first pre release Platinum title.GT Prologue Pre-orders Reach One Million ...
Im one of those :DGT Prologue Pre-orders Reach One Million ...
Damn... Just for a demo? Wow.
See, now GT is another league to any other racing game. Forza is a game you play ten minutes before you go out on a friday night, while GT is something you sit back and marvel at.
And that's only in Europe :o
milkage at its best
Got to hand it to the GT fans... they are without a doubt, one of the most dedicated factions in gaming I believe.
i wonder if they all realized it was just a demo...
Damn... Just for a demo? Wow.
but thats the thing its not. GT prologue is more than a demo, its more like a beta or something, but certainly more than a demo
wow. how can people even enjoy driving simulators? i played project gotham once, and after the 20th time i'd crashed into the same wall, i realised that if you want to drive realisticly, just drive a car.
Forza is a game you play ten minutes before you go out on a friday night, while GT is something you sit back and marvel at.
Well, I was playing Forza for 8 month and finished GT 4 at 10% cause it was totally boring for anybody who knows how to drive. What I did wrong?
i think im going to preorder
milkage at its best
There not forcing you to buy it. How is it milkage?
Why can't lems get over the fact the GT: Prologue is not a demo. The demo was on the JP store for free. This is a fair priced Prologue for $40 60+ cars 5 tracks, online, what else do you want?
what else do you want?
300 cars and 45 tracks for 60$
milkage at its best
No, ? for some gamerpictures on top of an anual fee for stuff you already own (a connection to the internet and hardware that does it for you) is milkage at it's best. This however shows which driving game people really like.

Even the AI got worse in Forza.
